Clark

Marie Clark has published five novels, a writer’s notebook, and a haibun. She has also led writing workshops for over fifteen years. A proud and angry member of the Mothers Step In, Clark intends to save the world through her literary and activist action for the sake of her grandchildren. Clark has won the Grand Prix du livre de la Montérégie twice: the 2009 special jury prize for Mes aventures d’apprenti chevalier presque entièrement raté and the 2012 jury’s award (co-winner) for Mémoires d’outre-web. In 2016, she won first place of the Prix Geneviève-Amyot for her poetry collection Scié, tu tombes, as part of Mois de la poésie in Quebec City.
